Thank you for supporting our small business! Please note that all of our items are custom-made using the sublimation process and are created specifically for each order.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to review and work with you to make it right.
