We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made; therefore:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
